Lead Product Designer
Shape the UX of complex enterprise products — from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity Figma prototypes and design system contributions.
What you'll do
- Lead design for 2–3 concurrent client products
- Run discovery workshops, user research, and usability testing
- Produce high-fidelity Figma prototypes and component libraries
- Work closely with engineers to ensure design intent is preserved in production
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of product design experience across web and mobile
- Expert-level Figma skills including auto-layout and component variants
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Experience with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Nice to have
- Motion design skills (Rive, Lottie)
- Background in B2B or enterprise SaaS
